MOTO GUZZIMoto Guzzi is a builder of Italian motorbike created in 1921 by inventores Giovanni Ravelli, Carlo Guzzi and Giorgio Parodi.
The eagle in the logo means the espadrille of 3 inventors, and the name Guzzi is in tribute to Carlo Guzzi which was the main investor of their business.
In 1921, their first motorbike is released. It will be an horizontal cylinder motorbike four-stroke of 499 cm3.
At the death of owners, it's a men named Alejandro Tomaso which take the brand over.
In 1995, Alejandro resign of Moto guzzi business.
Moto Guzzi merge with Atlantic acquisition corp in 1999 and then, became Moto Guzzi corporation.
In 2000, the Aprilia motorbike brand buy Moto Guzzi back. But, in 2004, Aprilia decide to sell Moto Guzzi.
In September 2004, Piaggio take Moto Guzzi brand over.
