MV AGUSTAMV Agusta hence it's real name Meccanica Vergehera Agusta will be created in 1945 by Domenico, Mario and Corrado Agusta.
It's an Italian brand placed in Verghera.
Their first motorbike is released in 1947. The model was an MV98.
In 1976, the business meet financial difficulties that cause the transfer of business to a financial group which stoped the motorbike production but the brand continue to sell their stocks until 1980.
In 1992, the name MV Agusta is burchased by Claudio Castiglioni and Cagiva. Then, the production is transfered to Schiranna.
Then, in 2004, the brand was bought by a Malaysian Proton company. But, the company decide to sell the brand 1 year after to an Italian investor group.
In 2008, an agreement is signed with Harley Davidson which bought the group in whole.
Harley Davidson resell MV Agusta in 2010 to Claudio Castiglioni.
In 2011, Claudio dead and it's his son, Giovanni Castiglioni take the MV Agusta order over.
In 2019, Com Sar Invest bought the totality of the capital and Timur Saradov become manager of the brand.
