MZ

The MZ brand hence its real name Motorradwerk Zschopau is a German motorbike brand come from another brand named DKW which lost in 1945. 

Their first model of KKM 175W motorbike is unfortunately a real comercial failure. 

MZ win many victories during a race named ISDT to 1963 at 1966. Also, he win the one of 1987. Then, the race change its name and become ISDE. 

He win the race of 1982, 1984, 1985, and 1987.

The business is in front of liquidation in 1991 but the brand succeed to overcome this ordeal and become MuZ.

MuZ is took by a Malaysian Hong Leong group. 

In 2009, Ralph Waldmann bought the brand and revive the production in Germany. 

Today, the factory develop mountain bikes and scooters.
